The Special Purpose Vehicle Company was incorporated in May 1999 for execution of Construction of major bridge across river Manjra on Solapur – Tuljapur – Osmanabad – Dhule Road near Pargaon in Osmanabad District on Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) Basis.

The Company was incorporated in June 2000 for execution of the signage project awarded by Pune Municipal Corporation on BOT Basis.
Rajdeep also provides value addition to its clients by way of outdoor advertising through its subsidiary company Rajdeep Publicity Pvt. Ltd. The Company is into design and erection of structures required for advertising and has exclusive rights for Gantries, Foot over Bridges, Kiosks, Bus Shelters, Road Signages, Wall Wraps, Unipoles and Hoardings.

Ltd. was incorporated in September 2007 under the Companies Act, 1956 for execution of the project of Four Laning of Amritsar – Wagha section of NH-1 from Km.455/400 to Km.491/620 in the state of Punjab on BOT (Annuity) Basis. The name of the Company changed to Rohan Rajdeep Toll Roads Ltd. in April 2009.
